what is ur suggestion for an eye that is lightish brown around the outside and slightly green towards the pupil. i guess kinda like a hazel eye? what color combo would be good for that?
Those are like my eyes! You can honestly wear ANYTHING with hazel ayes or brown eyes, everything looks great...purples look especially nice though!

How often do you go clothes shopping?
it depends...I really like to shop...I usually go on one big shopping spree every season and then I usually pick up a few things every week...when I used to go out more, I went shopping like a ridiculous amount, I don't really need to do that anymore..heh.
why is that person saying all those mean things? it makes me sad to see people who hate themselves trying to tear others down

i have a few unflattering scars. any product in particular you like for camoflauging them? and does it rub off onto clothing?
dermablend works best and yeah any product will rub off a little.

my pores are the size of dinner plates... i've tried a bunch of different pore refiners, but my foundation always settles into them, and it looks ridiculous. any tips? also, any tips for keeping oily skin in check? i know you said you're oily too. thanks!
I just live with my oily-ness at this point...in the long run it really is better to have oily skin...i just make sure ALWAYS wash my face morning and night. I still use a moisturizer, actually a ton at nighttime and i will sometimes use the mac matte gel. That actually helps fill in pores a lot too...try a primer and then the matte gel on top. then foundation. I wouldn't necc. recommend you do that EVERYDAY though bc that is a lot on your skin, but when it matters, do it.
I keep a blot powder handy and touch up as needed!
i am the person asking about trax and woodwinked! but i wear woodwinked on my lid, trax for the crease and if i'm not lazy i usually do vanilla for the highlight if that's what you mean by the third color! i am just bored of the gold/purple combo everyday
yeah, I wouldn't normally do that color combo for "everyday" but it sounds nice! If you still like purples you could do seedy pearl(it's a really pretty pinky purply but not too much color) with fig 1 and shroom?? Or yougurt, nocturnal and shroom...(shroom is my favorite) for just brown everyday, the options are endless...my favorite is kid,espresso,brun and brule, it's a pretty matte combo...you could always do sumptuous olive, flourishing and then as a highlight do blanc typr, shroom or brule...that is a pretty green combo but its not too much bc it's like an olive color. just some ideas.

Do you use an eyeshadow primer? I usually use urban decay primer potion but I just ran out an am looking to try something else because it's on the pricey side and runs out quick!

DID or DO? I went to catholic school, so as a child I went to church, but no I do not go to church and will not ever, unless it is like for someone's baptism or wedding or something like that.
Please help! My foundation (not expired) has started to look gross on my skin, like leaving it looking all flaky and weird, I thought I just needed to exfoliate more but it does not make a difference. What causes this? My skin or the foundation?

do u even have eyebrows? like when you wake up in the morning, do u look like powder because of no eyebrows? just a question. and why dont u just get eyebrows tattooed on if you are painting them on everyday?
I actually do have eyebrows! ( it took me a while to grow them in..but I have had them for years) And they aren't like little tiny ones either, I just fill them in...if you aren't filling yours in at all then you probably aren't looking your best...eyebrows make a HUGE difference.

I don't mind it at all! I don't look 30, so at this point it doesn't bother me. I feel a lot wiser these days..heh. So as long as I age ok and continue to get even more wise, wow, I will be even awesome-er!

What do you typically do for your everyday make up look? I love it!
Ummm it depends..I change my makeup a lot. But if what you are talking about for "everyday" is wearing makeup, without looking like you are wearing a lot I normally wear:
-MAC Face and body foundation (it's sooo sheer),select concealer with mineralize powder over top.
- On my eyes I would normally wear painterly paint pot, with blanc type all over lid from top to bottom, kid in the crease, espresso in the corner and if i am feeling "zaney" white frost on brow bone on top of blanc type.
- sometimes I wear eyeliner for everyday sometimes i don't...if i do it's fluidline, color is blacktrach,then mascara, always mascara.
- I shade my brows in with espresso powder and sometimes spiked pencil
-springsheen is usually my everyday bluch of choice...it reminds me a lot of nars's color, orgasm.
-then love nectar lip gloss!
but again my everyday changes....sometimes i go alllll out for no reason, and sometimes if i am just going to the store or playing with banana at the playground i will usually just put some powder on, fill in brows a lil and some mascara.
I have a makeup question: I really like the look of bright lipstick colors, like pink, orange, and red. I have olive- and yellow-toned skin, so what colors would you recommend?

So, I never even heard of this brand before. I had to run into sephora to get a few things like 2 weeks back and they told me I was due for a sample gift and to choose which one I wanted. Of course I chose the skin care item. I have been using this for like 2 weeks now and I really do like it. I only use it at night, even though it says it is to be used morning and night, but again, my skin is wayyyyy to oily for day use. So I use it at night after I wash my face and my skin has been looking brighter. I am going to finish the sample, and probably buy the product, and maybe even a whole skincare system from them if I am feeling zany.

I have been pretty lazy with trying new skincare lately. A while back at MAC these volcanic ash exfoliators and masks came out.
Last week I decided to try them, bc apparently the mask is limited edition and we only had a few left. WELL, I LOVE it! The exfoliator basically just does the job of an exfoliator, nothing overly special, but def gets the job done. But the thermal mask is fantastic. You wet your face and put it on, and your whole face gets all warm and tingly, and when you rinse it off, ohhh, smoothest skin ever. I would give it an A+ especially for oily skin(which I def have). I am going to buy another one this weekend.
